Our evidence framework
We prioritize government health sources, systematically reviewed human research, clinical trials and transparent study limitations for health-related claims. A manufacturer's description is useful for identifying its offers and claims but is not independent clinical evidence.
What we did and did not do
We examined product-related publicly accessible pages, a historical label record, seller terms, and ingredient studies. We did not inspect a newly purchased bottle, commission laboratory tests, interview verified customers, or test outcomes in patients.
Evidence distance
An independent trial on the exact finished formula would provide more direct evidence than trials of individual ingredients. Laboratory mechanisms and marketing testimonials are further removed from clinical proof.
Corrections and updates
Articles identify their research date and important unverified details. Before publication or updating time-sensitive price/formula facts, the operator must recheck actual seller and checkout records. Meaningful corrections should be dated and explained. No medical review or professional accreditation is claimed.
